FEAST's Mission is to help the marginalised communities of Fouta Toro by enabling poor artisans of Fouta Toro in Senegal to become self-reliant micro-entrepreneurs.
FEAST will target the underlying causes of poverty in the region through:- |

We will create a North South link exchanging skills and contemporary design to empower poor artisans across Fouta Toro.

FEAST's sustainable development strategies are based on the development of artisan's cooperatives with Ethical Trade relationships with Europe.
FEAST will give the people of Fouta Toro the knowledge, the means and the infrastructure to achieve sustainable economic growth, exercise their rights and improve the quality of their lives |

Project Aims |

To create a legacy project which delivers an improved, sustainable economy whilst providing education, training, improved community health and environment.
- To develop trade through traditional and indigenous skills already available within the communities.
- The development of marketing and design skills, which easily access into trade relationships with the developed world particularly in Europe.
- The advocacy of lifestyle and added value products, together with the policy of natural, indigenous materials and techniques will be used in Europe, to develop sustainable markets for the enterprises the FEAST product range.
- A sustainable economic trade relationship between the Developed World and the Fouta cooperatives within three years.
- To monitor the improved health and education of the target groups.
- To monitor a reduction in Economic migration amongts the target groups and communities.
- To create community environmental projects with indigenous planting for the security of future generations.
